IMPLEMENTATION OF BLENDED LEARNING IN ENGLISH AS A LINGUA FRANCA (ELF)-AWARE PRE-SERVICE TEACHER EDUCATION

چکیده
Blended learning which synthesizes face-to-face instruction with distance education opportunities in educationally meaningful ways aims to take advantage of the affordances both genuine and virtual types teaching ubiquitously equip learners without limitation time space. has been integrated into several pre-service teacher courses soundly cultivate candidates efficient use online class time. Yet, date, there no research on blended English as a lingua franca (ELF)-aware education. This study introduce an intensive model devised raise ELF-awareness teachers via critical reflection investigate its effectiveness through their views. The data were collected by questionnaire closed- open-ended items semi-structured interviews analyzed quantitative qualitative analysis. findings showed was rated be effective raising participants. advantages also reported along challenges address them. Overall, results indicate high level satisfaction about it is suggested used contexts.
